Magic Lantern Tales tells the story of the First World War from the point of view of men and women who survived it.

Featuring original photography by Ian Beesley – who captured the final memories and reflections of people who experienced the First World War through photographs and interviews – stories are brought to life using a genuine antique magic lantern projector and glass slides, alongside live poetry and spoken word by Ian McMillan, created specially in response to each individual’s story.

11 November, 7.30pm – 9.15pm
